NIMN to Confer Presidential Investiture on Bayo Ajayi

The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) is set to confer presidential investiture on its newly elected President, Dr. Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi, FNIMN on December 15, 2025, at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. This investiture ceremony is one of the most significant moments in the institution’s history, is expected to set the tone for its next phase of professional leadership and sector-wide influence. In a statement issued by the Governing Council, the investiture was described as a pivotal event for both the NIMN and Nigeria’s marketing landscape, one that will “Usher in a refreshed vision anchored on excellence, integrity, and sustainable growth.” 

With the theme, “Leadership, Trust, and Brand Sustainability,” the event will spotlight the rising demand for ethical leadership in a marketplace increasingly shaped by consumer awareness, digital disruption, and global competition. The theme underscores the urgent need for credibility and long-term value creation in brand development, both in Nigeria and beyond. To elevate the conversation, respected entrepreneur and Chair Centre Group Founder/CEO, Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, will deliver the keynote address. Her presence adds weight to the ceremony, with expectations that she will bring rich insights and a forward-looking perspective on leadership, governance, and sustainability in business.
